Storing NCR Value In DB (Doc ID 2810843.1)

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), 7.5.0.11.0 version, Pipeline Manager,

Referring to KM <Note 2789648.1>, Customer is using Non-Currency Resource (NCR) counter to determine tiers, which is working like aggregation counter and keeps adding for each CDRs rated, which helps to determine the tier.

Can they store or retrieve the value of this Aggregation counter (NCR counter) during CDR rating (runtime) and store it in DB, which they can use later on to identify what was CDR/event number looking at the counter value stored in DB? Can they store the in memory balance of NCR counter(which helps to decide tier) to /event field?  Where can they track that balance?
