OUA 2.7.0.2 Missing "init Block - NMS Replication" in RPD

In the RPD file "UtilitiesBusinessAnalytics.rpd" from /Reports/rpd, the "Init Block - NMS Replication" is not available. The OUA 2.7.0.2 Installation Guide mentioned the Init Block on page 4-39.
