Symptoms

LG-INTVL Job keeps locking up application when run

Over the past week this job has locked up TPW 3 times and caused the job to not complete. All threads complete except for one or two and those will stall out. Two of the three times, restarting the TPW got the job to complete however the third time it had no affect and we had to cancel the job.

The Job does not exhibit any errors it just slows down to where it will never complete.


This is a job that runs during billing and if this continues to occur it will affect billing and remaining jobs from completing.
