Symptoms

MT566 message fails with below parsing error at 19B tag

Error in rti-server.log

[DEBUG]  aai - com.oracle.ofss.parser.swift.builder.SequenceBuilder &&&Mandatory values missing19BtagsIndex = 11O
[ERROR]  aai - com.oracle.ofss.sanctions.preProcess.rawMesssageTransformer.RawMessageTransformer Exception occured while parsing Raw Message in method doTransform with Message = Mandatory values missing19B
com.oracle.ofss.parser.swift.exceptions.SwiftServiceException: Mandatory values missing19B
at com.oracle.ofss.parser.swift.util.SwiftExceptionHandler.error(SwiftExceptionHandler.java:31) ~[swiftParser.jar:?]

Steps to Reproduce Problem

--------------------------
1) import the MT566.sql
2) parse the message in the Failing_MT566.txt in TFLT emulator
2) check the rti-server.log
