Workflow Not Moving To Next Status From SDK Or From Webclient (Doc ID 2811092.1)

Symptoms

When promoting ECOXXX, workflow is not moving ahead.

Below error can be seen in application server logs


ERROR

java.lan.NullPointerException & Root Cause exception : java.rmi.RemoteException: EJB Exception: ; nested exception is:
java.util.EmptyStackException

Steps

  1. Login to Webclient
  2. Search for Change Order ECOXXX;
  3. Promote  the ECOXXX, error seen in application server logs

Tried in all browser Chrome, IE, Firefox, issue is same.
