Agile User Not Found Through Quick Search and First Name and Last Name Shows Old Name in Web Client Content Pane After Updating First Name and Last Name Through SQL (Doc ID 2811106.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

The user cannot be searched by quick search its User ID, First Name, and Last Name through quick search after First Name and Last Name was updated.
The problem user shows its last name and first name in old information in the header (the information showing up in the left top corner of the Content Pane), however it shows new first name and last name in the General Information tab

Expected Behavior

The user can be searched by quick search its User ID, First Name, and Last Name through quick search even after First Name and Last Name was updated.
The user shows its last name and first name in the header, as it shows in the General Information tab


What Is Working

The user can be searched through Advanced Search

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client, and run quick search with the User ID of the problem user. The user is not found
2. Run quick search with the Last Name or First Name of the problem user. The user is not found
3. Run Advanced Search with the Last Name or First Name or User ID of the problem user. The user is found





Changes

Agile user's first name and last name was directly updated through sql
