Symptoms

On Oracle Communications - Convergent Charging Controller (OC-3C) 12.0.4.0, when executing acsAddCallPlan utility on SMS (Service Management Server) node in order to import a *cpl file, the following error occurs:

To be noted that SMF database is running locally on SMS node.
