Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

After Enabling the subscriber trace during on going session, subscriber trace is only generating on ecs node, but not in diameter gateway.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After Enabling the subscriber trace during on going session, DiameterGateway Subscriber Trace should get generated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Start online usage for an account, keep sending the update request to continue the session
2. From another window, enable the subscriber trace for the customer whose on going session is available
3. Subscriber trace log is generating on ecs but in diameter gateway it is not generating.

Note:- Terminate the session and start new session then subscriber trace is getting generated on both ecs and diameter gateway
