Symptoms

 The Global User SSO status is Failure on the Global User Dashboard.

The SSO log on the Automated Dashboard shows the error: Global  User SSO Status Failure - "receiverCOULD_NOT_VALIDATEAn error occurred while validating the request 'User Login' user_name.@domain.name should either be a alpha numeric value or a valid email value. "
