Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Worksheet


When saving data in worksheet ,it spins and hangs. update data Workflow is triggered and stuck on CTOUpdateHook step.

After upgrade to 12.2.10, the Demantra update_data workflow does not complete whenever an update is done in a worksheet. It hangs up on the CTOUpdateHook step. There will be multiple occurrences of the workflow running , one for each user who has updated data in a worksheet. This happens in any worksheet on any updatable series. The indicator of data updates in the worksheet spins and spins.
