Reserved Quantities Not Updated in RMS After Transfer Cancelled in SIM (Doc ID 2811445.1)

Symptoms

Cancelling a Transfer Request in SIM from sending Location does not update the reserved quantity in RMS.

Steps to Reproduce:

Process A:

1. Create transfer request from a store.
2. On the sender store, click to delete the transfer on the transfer list screen.

    SOStatus message is sent with status PU.

The reserved quantities in SIM were updated but not in RMS. All messages processed, no messages failed in RIB.

Process B:

1. Create transfer request from a store.
2. On the sender store inform zero as quantity to be shipped and Save.

 (SOStatus message is sent with status SD)

3. Click to delete the transfer on the transfer list screen.
   (No message was published to RMS)

The reserved quantities in SIM were updated but not in RMS. A message was stuck in RIB, trying to process the SOStatus with status SD.
