Symptoms

Unable to group non-outage events when upstream non-outage is from Create Event

You ran into an issue when trying to group a non-outage event from a customer call, to an upstream non-outage event that was created from Create Event. You get an error indicating that they cannot group events from Create Event.

This does seem to make some sense that you do not want to move/group an event that was specifically created at a device from Create Event, but it seems that you should be able to group another non-outage from a customer call, to a non-outage that was created from Create Event.
