Single Patient Viewer Misspelled "Specimen" as "Secimen"

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In OHTR 3.4 environment, customer saw In the Observation view record (Additional data to be displayed), under "Specimen Details" the value start with "Secimen ..." instead of "Specimen . ...".
Spelling is incorrect in the data present in the 'Specimen Details'.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected to see "Specimen" spelled correctly.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In OHTR 3.4 environment > Login > Patient context > Cohort Query > Clinical Data > Test or Observation > Query Name = Name of the query > Search
2. Select the query > Submit
3. Click "Patient Count" link > View Record > Here the in the Demographics section in the ‘Single Patient Viewer’, the colon is missing after the newly added field ‘Last Contact Date’, etc.
4. Under "Clinical Data" Select "Consent, Patient Group and Test or Observation" > Submit.
5. Scroll down and under "Test or Observation" > Additional data to be displayed" field, click the down arrow > Select "All".
6. Scroll to the right and the value for 'Specimen Details', "Secimen Num ..." is shown
