Symptoms
MDM 2.3 Owner Flag in Installed Products Updated from D2 to D1
The installed Products Table shows the owner of the "Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM)" changed from D2 to D1 when upgrading from MDM 2.1 to 2.3.
The Remote Connect/Disconnect Activity Pre-processing Algorithm D1-DMRRC uses the Owner flag to determine if MDM is installed to default the Measurement Requested to Initial or Final; before the upgrade the flag was set to Final Measurement and after the upgrade it is being set to Initial Measurement.
Expect Measurement Requested should behave as in previous system.
