UIM Calculate Technical Actions SNO Implementation returns incorrect mapping of CFS id to RFS TA

Problem Description

We are using SNO’s calculate technical actions in UIM and are seeing the attached CTA results where the mapping of the RFS to correct CFS id is incorrect. Issue is with the following CFS/RFS service hierarchies:
  CFS ID: 825002, CFS Name: 664695951_2300000493a38_XXX_CFS
  RFS ID: 825004, RFS Name: 750001_664695951_2300000493a38_YYY_RFS
  CFS ID: 825001, CFS Name: 664695951_2300000493a38_XYZ_CFS
  RFS ID: 825003, RFS Name: 750001_664695951_2300000493a38_XYZ_CPE_RFS

In the CTA response, we have a condition to suppress the XYZ_CPE_RFS TA. The issue is when the YYY_RFS TA is returned, it is mapped to the incorrect parent service. The service id returned should be 825002. Instead it is returning 825003.

825003 -- the value here should be 825002
