CS Request entities not appearing in the char type entities dropdown
Unable to add the CS Request SA as a char entity on any char type as the CS Request SA is not appearing in the Char Entity dropdown on the char type page. Similarly,
Unable to ad other char entities like – CS Request - Account, CS Request Premise, CS Request CS Request Person.
These entities have respective char tables linked with their MO for e.g. C1_CS_REQ_SA_CHAR for the MO - Customer Service Request SA.
CS Request entities should appear in the char type entities dropdown
