Symptoms

When attempting to print preview the Confirmation Notice of some ASR orders, the Access Service Request Print Preview window opens a blank white page. The window/page is never rendered with data.

NOTE: The behavior appears to be related to ASR orders having a Request Activity of New Installation (ASAP.ACCESS_SERVICE_REQUEST.ACTIVITY_INDICATOR = 'Y') and associated to Switched Ethernet Service (ASAP.ACCESS_SERVICE_REQUEST.SWITCHED_ETHERNET_INDICATOR = 'Y').



Recreation Steps

1. Order Management.

2. Service Requests.

3. Query for affected ASR order.

4. Right-click on the order in the Service Request Search window and select "Confirmation Notice..." from the menu options.

5. Click the printer icon to open the Access Service Request Print Preview window and note the window/page is never rendered with data. Only an empty/blank white page is displayed in the window (example below).
