Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.1.0 version, Web Workspace

Work Queue assessment value acts two different ways when using it via the JAVA client and Flex/OMA.

Steps to recreate:
This is the first event.
Starting in NMS JAVA Client, select an event and target it in the viewer.
No work queues currently assigned.
Next open work queues for event.
Select Patrol assessment WQ and click ok
The patrol symbol shows in the viewer and it will also show in Flex/OMA.
This is NOT the desired results

Doing the same steps in Flex produces different results.
Select event in Flex and a target it in the viewer
Right Click and select work queues for that event in Flex
The Flex viewer and JAVA Viewer do not show the patrol symbol, but the WQ is correct in the work agenda.
This is the DESIRED result for all clients.
