1. Set the value of system parameter TPE_OLDEST_DUE_DT_NEW_MTHD = Y
2. Create few accounts such that few accounts having value for column acc_pmt_amt_cur = 0
3. Run the billing for the accounts
4. Check that billing batch job completed and generated bills for the accounts without triggering any error related to divisor is equal to zero
