Workflow Routings Tab Does Not Show Routed Changes Completely

Symptoms
Actual Behavior
Unable to find all the changes awaiting for user's approval in Workflow Routings tab.
Workflow Routing Tab does not show the complete list of routed workflows
Expected Behavior
Able to find all the changes awaiting for user's approval in Workflow Routings tab..
Workflow Routing tab to show the complete list of routed workflows.
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client as problem user
2. Go to Workflow Routings tab. Unable to see some of the changes routed to the user
3. Go to Searches > Workflow Routings > Changes That Require My Approval, and run this search. Can see the changes that is missing from Workflow Routings tab
