Unknown Parameters from Charging-settings.xml (Doc ID 2813230.1)

Goal

In Elastic Charging Engine 12.0 Patch Set (PS) 4, there are some new parameters in the charging-settings.xml from the path "$ECE_HOME/oceceserver/config/management". 
"useOfferPriorityDuringAlterationAgreementEvaluation" from the server section,
"eventListForInternalExternalPublish" from the notification section
"expiredAsoRetentionIntervalInDays" from the expirationConfiguration section from t
 
And the below new sections:

"<cdrFormatters>"
"<cdrFormatterPlugins>"
"<cdrGatewayConfigurations>"
