Symptoms

The new "d_diversecircuithierachy_nc" data window introduced in 6.3.1.B267 is causing poor performance while doing "Add Hard Connection" in Schematic Design to design/redesign virtual circuits.

  * Customer virtual circuit takes anywhere between 5-15 minutes.
  * Network virtual circuits takes anywhere between 15-40 minutes.
