Goal

The CASE_HOSP table behaves differently for the SEQ_NUM column then for most other Tables.

In most other tables, the SEQ_NUM gets populated by the database SEQ_NUM

For this table it is populated using the SEQ_NUM from the CASE_EVENT table

Why does this tables SEQ_NUM get populated differently then other tables?
