5.6.1 Softrater: Not Able To Connect To RateManager Environment From New Softrater Servers (Doc ID 2813331.1)

Symptoms

On : 5.6.0.0.0 version, RateManager

When attempting to add 4 more servers to the 5.6.1 Softrater environment and connecting to a Rate Manager environment from the new Softrater nodes, the following error is encountered:

ERROR

Unable to connect to environment: RM. Error: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Error: "No appropriate protocol (protocol is disabled or cipher suites are inappropriate)".
