Planned Orders released from ASCP Planners workbench not creating Purchase Requisitions. (Doc ID 281339.1)

Last updated on JULY 03, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning - Version 11.5.9 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Planned Orders are released from ASCP Planners Workbench but no purchase requisitions are created on the source.
The Release program has successfully inserted the record in PO_REQUISITIONS_INTERFACE_ALL TABLE and has launched the Requisition Import program, but the records from PO_REQUISITIONS_INTERFACE_ALL are not picked/processed.
If a standalone Requisition Import is launched from Purchasing, the records are picked from the interface table and purchase requisitions are successfully created.
The profile option 'MO: Operating Unit’ is not set at the Advanced supply Chain Planner responsibility and at the site level but set for the Purchasing responsibility from where the stand alone Requisition Import created purchase requisitions successfully.
