On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.4.8.4 version,

When attempting to install an InForm Data Model in QC lifecycle,
the following error occurs:

1. Promote an InForm Data Model from Development to QC lifecyle.
2. Attempt to install the InForm Data Model in QC lifecycle.
