C1TpRestartBS Business Service Throws Shell Script Missing Error (Doc ID 2813622.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 19, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing - Version 3.0.0.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On RMB v3.0.0.0.0, C1TpRestartBS Business service throws shell script missing error

While invoking C1TpRestartBS business service it throws below error in REST tool such as Postman:

ERROR
-----------------------
The file C:/ORMB/app/DEV4\restart_individual_tpw\restart_individual_tpw.sh does not exist

This seems something Framework related, but not sure if this is something for REST setup issue using Postman tool as well.
Usually Product suggests to follow the guidelines mentioned in below KM when setting up Web Services:
- Web Services Best Practices for Oracle Utilities Application Framework (Doc ID 2214375.1)

I want you to check and ensure that all suggested steps for this setup was followed.
Also regarding the Business Service C1TpRestartBS giving "restart_individual_tpw.sh does not exist" message, I wonder if this file should exist in the path.
We also need to know if this is correct script to be used and if there is any known concern with Distributed vs Clustered mode as we find only Clustered mode is now supported for FW v4.3. and up.
