Inactive records are loaded even the filter setting flag is set as 'N'

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Post the swift message which contains the matches which are already set as inactive watchlist data

Step 2 : Check list details section where inactive flag value is set to Y or N

Step 3 : Check in EDQ watchlist data under staged data and check for inactive flag.

Expected result :

Inactive records should be filtered in EDQ results while loading the watchlist.

Actual result :

Inactive records are loaded and displayed in UI

Issue Encountered :

EDQ filter settings are changed in run profile and watchlist has been loaded.
