Invalid format issue while posting MT700 message for the Tag 41D (Doc ID 2814128.1)

Issue with tag 41D in the message type MT700.

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1: Post the swift message through jsp.

Step 2:check the rti server logs for the issue.

Expected result:

Alert must be created without issues

Actual result :

Alerts are not created and below issue encountered.
