Case is not displaying in ECM UI (Doc ID 2814228.1)

Cases are not displaying in ECM which were created in Customer Screening UI.

Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Financial Services Analytical Applications Customer Screening > Real-Time Screening and created a case

Once case is created in CS UI, check whether case is displaying in ECM UI
