Symptoms

On Agile 9.3.6.0 version, performance issues with BOM explosion report.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
BOM explosion report is taking long time to complete.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
BOM explosion report usually completes faster.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Install Agile 9.3.6
2. Apply RUP16
3. Log into Web Client
4. From Reports select Standard Reports > Product Reports
5. Run the BOM Explosion Report
