Symptoms

OCA Client Provisioning Management menu is disabled after successful installation of ASAP.

Need this functionality to submit (test) work orders.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue is seen with the following steps:
1. Launch/Login into OCA Web Client
2. Check the 'Provisioning Management' menu. It appears disabled.
