Goal
Now that we have implemented iSupplier functionality where suppliers are submitting ASNs, we have certain exception cases where ASNs need to be cancelled.
We are noticing that MRP has inconsistencies in how the PO Promised Date is collected before the ASN exists and after the ASN is cancelled.
The steps to reproduce the issue
-Before ASN exists, MRP 'Old Dock Date' reflects the PO Line Promised Date ... as expected.
-When ASN exists, MRP 'Old Dock Date' reflects the ASN Shipment Expected Receipt Date ... as expected.
-After ASN is cancelled, MRP 'Old Dock Date' reflects the PO Line Need By Date ... THIS IS UNEXPECTED. **Expected behavior is that the PO Line Promised Date is reflected again as was the case before the now-cancelled ASN existed.
Is there is a setting/profile we can update to get the expected behavior?
