Switching interface only using QA sheets
Regardless of the data inserted into the SWMAN_INTERFACE_UPDATES table, the switching interface only creates sheets of type QA.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: With the interface deployed, insert a record into the SWMAN_INTERFACE_UPDATES table that will result in a new sheet being created. The system creates a new QA sheet.
