Using target button can focus at different zoom level
Use the target button on the WorkAgenda to focus on a device in the viewer. zoom out a ways, and pan a bit so that the device is off to the side but still shows in the viewer. Now target from the WorkAgenda again for the same device. The viewer pans the map so that the device is centered, but stays at the same zoom level. It does not zoom in like it did when you first focused on the device. If you pan so that the device is no longer visible in the viewer, and then use the target button from WorkAgenda, it focuses on the device at the same zoom level as the first time. It should focus at the same zoom level when using the target button in each case.
This is reproducible in OPAL QA environments.
