Smart Object URL Format Not Working for Manufacturer Part Attachment Tab (Doc ID 2814617.1)

Symptoms

User is trying to use Smart Object URL to navigate to Manufacturer Part Attachments tab. Users can successfully open all objects and Manufacturer Parts using the Smart URL, but when users add tab/Attachments to Manufacturer Part URL, then the link does not work and receive the following error:

ERROR MESSAGE

! Object not found: Manufacturer Part/XXX.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manually create Smart URL for Manufacturer Part Attachments tab
2. Does not open Attachments tab as it should
3. Remove tab/Attachments from URL and URL opens up successfully
