When a Device Details Balloon is Pinned, Bringing Up a Second Device Details Balloon for a Different Device Can Affect the Contents of the First Balloon (Doc ID 2814619.1)

Line Voltage option disappears from Device details when Single phase is opened

If a user brings up the Device Details balloon for a three-phase device, selects Line Voltages, pins the balloon, and then brings up another Device Details balloon but on a single phase lateral that does not have line voltages, the line voltage option is removed from the three-phase balloon.

Live Voltage should not disappear


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Bring up the Device details in the Viewer for a 3 phase line
2. Select Line Voltages and pin the balloon
3. Bring up another device details on a single phase lateral where we don't have line voltages

The line voltage option should be removed from the new PF Balloon.
The line voltage should not be removed from the three phase balloon
