DDService memory leak
The amount of memory being used by DDService steadily increases steadily over time until the system runs out of memory.
Testing out what could be triggering the memory growth, the SCADA interface was shut down. Once that was done, the memory growth for DDService was seen to stabilize. Once the SCADA interface was started again, the DDService memory again started increasing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Services should not cause system to run out of memory.
