Symptoms

Alert is not generated but message is getting retriggered.

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Post swift message by stopping the web service

Step 2 : Check for retrigger functionality

Step 3 : Alert is generated or not.

Expected result :

Alert should be generated without issue even after retrigger

Actual result :

Alert is not generated but retrigger happens.
