Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Oracle Global ATP Server

In the Order Backlog Workbench, customer is trying to enter the following Criteria:
- Ship From Org Equals XXX
- Item Name Equals ABC123
- Request Ship Date Equals 05-APR-2021

After pressing the Find button, the following error occurs:

ERROR

No line information available for selected criteria

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Order Backlog Workbench
2. Enter the following Criteria:
- Ship From Org Equals XXX
- Item Name Equals ABC123
- Request Ship Date Equals 05-APR-2021
