"Replace" Button Not Working When Selecting "is empty" in Global Search And Replace (Doc ID 2815283.1)

On : 19.12.16.0 version, P6 Application

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Global Search and Replace - Replace Button not working

In Global Search and Replace, when selecting "is empty" under "Define replace criteria", after hitting the APPLY button to apply criteria the REPLACE button is not working.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the REPLACE button is clicked, the Apply Criteria page closes immediately. A popup screen will display "A Global Replace job has been submitted successfully."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Prerequisite:
1. Create an Activity UDF field.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Global Search and Replace
2. Create a new template
3. Move a Project in the Selected Project . Click Next.
4. Choose Activity as Subject Area,
5. In the Define Search Criteria , Choose Activity ID equals ''
6. In the Define Replace Criteria, Choose UDF Text field you created in the pre-requisite . Select IS EMPTY as a criteria
7. Click Apply
8. Attempt to click the REPLACE button
9 . Nothing happens, the REPLACE button can not be clicked.

Due to this issue, users cannot use the Global Search and Replace tool as intended.
