Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In RUP17 Release, Newly created Change does not display

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Newly created Change should display

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into web client and perform an advanced search on parts.
2. Navigate to an item in search results
3. Click on Custom Search in upper right hand corner - but don't run a search
4. Click on Create New > Changes > ECO
5. Complete required fields and save - the change won't show up but it is created
