Wrong redlines table is displayed by default

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should not display wrong redline table

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to the Web Client.
2. Go to Searches >Global Searches > Pending-ECO.
3. Select an ECO with at least one Affected Item from the results.
4. Click the Affected Items tab, and select one of the Affected Items.
5. Verify selected item is displayed on the Redlines table at the bottom.
6. Click Add button on the top and add a new Affected Item.
Actual Result:
Latest added affected Item is shown on the Redlines table at the bottom by default.
