Wrong Collection Details Amount for CNP Activity
The business service C1-RetrievePersonForFA which retrieves the Account to use to populate CNP Inbound Communication’s Collection Data Details is sorting the results by Person ID and getting the lowest value causing this issue. Issue happens when SP is linked to multiple SAs that are not yet closed or inactive.
So in the case when there’s a new customer with lower Person ID value moving into a Premise that has Customer about to be cut for nonpay, the CNP Activity issued has the collection details of the New Customer instead of the moving out customer.
CNP Activity should have collection details of the moving out customer.
