Stuck Thread In OFSAA Weblogic Server while running payments in Transaction Filtering (Doc ID 2815424.1)

Symptoms

ofsaa application health status shows as warning in weblogic console.

"[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '13' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'" #73 daemon prio=1 os_prio=0 tid=0x00007f95a1b97800 nid=0x36e0 waiting on condition [0x00007f96317d8000]

java.lang.Thread.State: TIMED_WAITING (sleeping)

at java.lang.Thread.sleep(Native Method)

at com.oracle.ofss.sanctions.reTrigger.RetriggerTransformerChain.run(RetriggerTransformerChain.java:193)

at org.springframework.scheduling.commonj.DelegatingWork.run(DelegatingWork.java:62)

 

Expected result

Payments should run without causing any retriggers and ending up as stuck threads
