Error 'Unable to save filter changes - Unable to load UDF defs' When Attempting to Save a Resources > Assignments Filter in P6 Web (Doc ID 2815524.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to save a Filter in Resources > Assignments in P6 Web, the following error occurs.

Unable to save filter changes.
Unable to load UDF defs.

The following errors are also found in the P6WebAccess.html log file:

ERROR /rest/assignments/filters/save (User Id: #### DB Id: #) com.primavera.bo.base.DBEngineImpl SQLException: {SQL filter condition}
com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Invalid column name 'proj_id'.

ERROR /rest/assignments/filters/save (User Id: #### DB Id: #) com.primavera.rest.common.exception.InternalErrorResponseExceptionMapper Unable to load UDF Defs
com.primavera.PhoenixException: Unable to load UDF Defs
  Caused by: com.primavera.bo.base.DBEngineException: DBEngine.executeSelect() error while executing: {SQL filter condition}
  --The multi-part identifier "PROJECT.proj_id" could not be bound.
