Goal

Is there any way to configure the billing cycle in multiple time zones?

In the Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) instance, the server is configured in EST time zone, and BRM is using this time zone to calculate billing dates, and product start/end dates.
There are business units that requires to use a different time zone for their accounts.
