Goal

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control Applications (NCC), 5.0.3 version,

Below Errors were observed in primary Voucher ans Wallet Server (VWS). While they query the MSISDNs associated with those Wallet IDs, they are unable to open the MSISDN and the same Error is thrown by the Service Management System (SMS) GUI.

ERROR:

-From the above Error, one can query the Bucket ID and get the Wallet ID

-From the Wallet ID, get the corresponding MSISDN:

-Query the MSISDN on SMS GUI-->Subscriber Management Screens, then GUI throws the same Error:
