On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version, multithreaded application (MTA) framework,

For function fm_utils_cycle_next_by_nunits(start_t, 0, months, ebufp), the offset units defined is as below :

1 = Days
2 = weeks
3 = Years
0 = Months

Can one control the values passed to this function such, as they follow the custom defined offset_units instead of the values as highlighted above ? Also can they use fm_utils_cycle_next_by_nunits(start_t, 0, months, ebufp) in Multi-threaded Applications (MTAs).
