On : 2.8.0.0.0 version, ENV - Environment

ClassNotFoundException: org.dom4j.Node during app startup after CCB upgrade from 2.6.0.1 to 2.8.0.0

After upgrade procedure from version 2.6.0.0.1 -> 2.8.0.0.0 an error is printed.

<Jul 21, 2021 8:22:22,409 AM CEST> <Error> <HTTP> <BEA-101216> <Servlet:"javax.ws.rs.core.Application" failed to preload on startup in Webapplication: "/ouaf/rest".java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/dom4j/Node
